The Room…

Our room, a maisonette, is located near the main building, with a pool right outside the our back door. Our room has two floors and is beautifully decorated. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and we’re near a few of the restaurants, including Burger King (to which the rest of the family is headed as I type).

So far we’ve had two issues with our room:

1. Something keeps making a loud buzzing sound in the wall behind one of the air conditioning units. It lasts for about 2 seconds every 10 minutes or so. We’ve notified the front desk. I’ll let you know how it goes.
2. Our card keys keep failing. We’ve had to replace them twice.
   The bathrooms are really nice.The one upstairs has a (small) blue dome!   There’s some distortion in the picture as I “stitched” two photos together.

A few more details:

• Our room has air conditioning units upstairs and down
• There are TVs both upstairs and down. The one on the ground floor is fairly small
• Near the cable connection is a physical internet connect which I’m using now (my laptop bag happened to have a cable). You’ll need to bring one if you want to use a physical, rather than wireless, connection.
• The kids are sleeping downstairs on really nice wicker sofa beds. They were exhausted last night and slept like lambs.
